1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the surg11 platform (website, mobile applications, and all associated services collectively referred to as "the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policies. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and surg11 ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if you have already registered. 2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• Account: A unique personal profile created by a User to access surg11 services, containing personal information, financial transaction history, betting activity, and account balance.
• Bet / Wager: Any stake placed by a User on a specific outcome of a sporting event, casino game, or other gambling activity offered on the Platform.
• Bonus: Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by surg11 to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• Deposit: The transfer of funds from a User's external payment source (bank account, e-wallet) into their surg11 Account balance for the purpose of placing bets.
• Withdrawal: The transfer of funds from a User's surg11 Account balance to their designated external payment account.
• KYC (Know Your Customer): The identity verification process requiring Users to provide valid identification documents (Indonesian KTP or equivalent) and proof of address to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
• RTP (Return to Player): The theoretical percentage of total stakes that a slot game or casino game returns to players over an extended period, expressed as a percentage.
• Void Bet: A bet that has been cancelled by surg11 and for which the original stake is returned to the User's account, typically due to technical errors, event cancellations, or rule violations.

3. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

3.1 Age Requirements

To register an account and use surg11 services, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Provide valid proof of age and identity through our KYC verification process, including submission of a clear photograph of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or other government-issued identification document.
• Ensure that the date of birth provided during registration is accurate and matches your identification documents. False information will result in immediate account suspension.
• Not allow any person under the age of 21 to access your account or use your credentials to place bets on the Platform.

3.2 Geographic & Legal Restrictions

surg11 primarily serves Users residing in Indonesia. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law at the time of account access.
• You understand that online gambling regulations in Indonesia remain legally ambiguous under the Public Gambling Act of 1867, which predates internet-based wagering.
• You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of your local jurisdiction regarding online gambling activities.
• You will not use VPN services, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your true geographic location when accessing the Platform.
• You acknowledge that surg11 operates as an internationally licensed offshore betting platform and does not claim to be licensed by Indonesian regulatory authorities.

3.3 Professional & Employment Restrictions

The following individuals are prohibited from creating accounts or placing bets on surg11:

• Employees, contractors, consultants, or affiliates of surg11 and their immediate family members.
• Professional athletes, coaches, team officials, or referees in sports covered by our betting markets, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• Individuals who have been previously self-excluded or banned from surg11 or other gambling platforms.
• Persons acting on behalf of another individual or entity to circumvent account restrictions.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Account Creation

To create a surg11 account, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address.
• Choose a unique username and strong password that you have not used on other platforms. Passwords must contain a minimum of 8 characters including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
• Verify your email address and phone number by entering the verification codes sent to these contact points.
• Complete the KYC identity verification process by uploading clear photographs of your Indonesian KTP (front and back) and a recent selfie showing your face clearly.
• Read and accept these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Responsible Gaming policies before finalizing your registration.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the surg11 platform. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") for any reason is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we detect multiple accounts registered under the same name, address, payment method, IP address, device fingerprint, or other identifying information, we reserve the right to:

• Immediately suspend or permanently close all associated accounts.
• Void all bets placed from duplicate accounts.
• Confiscate any winnings derived from duplicate accounts.
• Forfeit any bonus funds or promotional credits across all related accounts.
• Return only the original deposited funds (minus any winnings) to the primary verified account at our sole discretion.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Never share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party.
• Notify surg11 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or become aware of any security breach.
• Use a secure internet connection when accessing your account and avoid logging in from public computers or unsecured Wi-Fi networks.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered by the Platform for enhanced security.

surg11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized account access resulting from your negligence.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

surg11 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account VIP tier. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider, though processing times may vary during bank maintenance periods or network issues.

You must deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (payments from accounts not belonging to the registered User) are strictly prohibited. If we detect that funds originate from a third party, we reserve the right to return the funds to the original payment source and suspend your account pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed according to the following terms:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Varies by VIP tier and payment method. Standard accounts may have daily or weekly withdrawal limits.
• Processing Time: Most withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes during banking hours (08:00-22:00 WIB). Larger amounts or first-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours.
• KYC Requirement: Your account must be fully KYC-verified before you can request a withdrawal. Withdrawals will be delayed until all required identity documents are submitted and approved.
• Same Payment Method: Withdrawals must be sent to the same payment method and account used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our compliance team.

surg11 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard bank transfers and e-wallet transactions. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own processing fees, which are beyond our control.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

surg11 offers various bonuses and promotions to Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are clearly stated in the promotional offer at the time of activation. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all associated terms.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional or advantage players, bonus abusers, and Users engaging in low-risk betting strategies solely to clear bonus requirements are not eligible for promotional offers. We reserve the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we determine that a User has violated the spirit of the promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for surg11 bonuses is typically 10x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion.

For example, if you receive a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you must place Rp 2,000,000 in eligible bets before you can withdraw the bonus funds and any winnings generated from those funds. Different game types may contribute different percentages toward fulfilling wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution (every Rp 1,000 wagered counts as Rp 1,000 toward requirements).
• Sports Betting: Varies by odds; typically bets at odds of 1.75 or higher contribute 100%.
• Live Casino: 10-20% contribution (lower contribution due to lower house edge).
• Table Games: Often excluded or minimal contribution (5-10%).

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or withdrawn as cash before meeting wagering requirements.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with bonus funds (typically Rp 5,000 - Rp 10,000 per spin/bet). Exceeding these limits may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses expire after a specified period (usually 7-30 days from activation). Unused bonuses and incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited after expiration.
• Only one bonus can be active per account at any given time. Users must complete or forfeit an existing bonus before claiming a new one.
• Withdrawing funds before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• surg11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Betting Rules & Settlement

7.1 Bet Placement

When you place a bet on surg11, you agree to the following:

• All bets are binding once confirmed. You cannot cancel, modify, or reverse a bet after it has been accepted by our system.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all bet details (selection, stake amount, odds) are correct before confirming. surg11 is not responsible for user errors in bet placement.
• Bets are accepted subject to sufficient account balance at the time of placement. Bets placed with insufficient funds will be automatically rejected.
• We reserve the right to refuse or limit bets from any User at our sole discretion, particularly if we detect unusual betting patterns, suspected collusion, or advantage play.
• Live betting (in-play betting) may experience delays due to streaming latency or rapid odds changes. Bets placed during these delays may be rejected or voided if the event outcome has already been determined.

7.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official results announced by the relevant sporting authority, league, or game provider. Settlement typically occurs within 24 hours of event conclusion, though some markets (e.g., tournament winners, season-long bets) may take longer.

If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, the following rules apply:

• Football/Soccer: If a match is abandoned before the 90th minute (plus injury time), all bets are void unless the bet outcome has already been determined (e.g., First Goal Scorer).
• Other Sports: Settlement rules vary by sport and are detailed in our sport-specific betting rules available on the Platform.
• Postponed Events: If an event is postponed but rescheduled within 48 hours, bets remain valid. If rescheduled beyond 48 hours, bets are typically voided.

7.3 Voided & Erroneous Bets

surg11 reserves the right to void bets under the following circumstances:

• Obvious technical errors in odds display (e.g., odds displayed as 100.00 instead of 1.50).
• Bets placed after an event has already concluded or the outcome is known (late bets).
• Bets placed on manipulated or fixed matches where results do not reflect legitimate competition.
• Duplicate bets resulting from system glitches or user error exploitation.
• Bets that violate maximum stake limits or account restrictions.

When a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to your account. Winnings from voided bets are not paid out. Our decision to void bets is final and non-negotiable.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, surg11 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers (collectively, "the Company") shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform, whether due to technical failures, maintenance downtime, or service interruptions.
• Loss of funds, winnings, data, or account access resulting from User error, unauthorized access, hacking, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control.
• Errors, bugs, glitches, or technical malfunctions in Platform software, game providers, or payment processing systems.
• Third-party actions including payment processor delays, bank transfer failures, or internet service disruptions.
• Legal or regulatory actions taken against you in your local jurisdiction as a result of your gambling activities.
• Disputes between Users or between Users and third parties arising from Platform use.

surg11 provides the Platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall the Company's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your surg11 account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the surg11 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, fund confiscation, and permanent banning:

9.1 Fraud & Abuse

• Using stolen credit cards, bank accounts, or e-wallets for deposits.
• Providing false identity information or submitting fraudulent KYC documents.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or circumvent betting limits.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate betting outcomes or share confidential information.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or other strategies designed to guarantee profit without risk.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain unfair advantage.

9.2 Money Laundering & Illegal Activity

• Using surg11 to launder money, transfer funds illicitly, or finance illegal activities.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources or criminal activity.
• Engaging in transactions that violate international sanctions, embargoes, or anti-terrorism financing laws.

9.3 Technical & Security Violations

• Attempting to hack, decompile, reverse engineer, or disrupt Platform systems.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to place bets or manipulate games.
• Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code through the Platform.
• Conducting denial-of-service attacks or network intrusions against surg11 infrastructure.

9.4 Inappropriate Conduct

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing customer support staff or other Users.
• Using offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language in public chat or messaging features.
• Impersonating surg11 employees, other Users, or third parties.
• Posting false or defamatory statements about the Company or its services.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Company-Initiated Termination

surg11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine (in our sole discretion) that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your account activity exhibits patterns consistent with fraud, abuse, or prohibited conduct.
• You have provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Your gambling behavior indicates problem gambling and continued play would be irresponsible.
• Legal or regulatory requirements necessitate account closure.
• Continued provision of services to you would expose the Company to legal, financial, or reputational risk.

Upon account termination, any remaining account balance (excluding voided winnings, bonus funds, or confiscated amounts) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to deduction of any outstanding fees, charges, or liabilities owed to the Company.

10.2 User-Initiated Account Closure

You may request to close your surg11 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are typically processed within 7 business days. Before closure is finalized:

• All pending bets must be settled.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited.
• All outstanding withdrawal requests must be processed.
• Your remaining account balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

Closed accounts cannot be reopened. If you wish to use surg11 services again in the future, you must register a new account and complete the verification process from scratch.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

If you believe you have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion from surg11 for a specified period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. 11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which surg11 is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of surg11 services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation with our customer support team.
